Sherry is a hands-on venue owner who brings passion and dedication to every aspect of her business. With a degree in Business Management from DeSales University, she expertly manages three distinct wedding venues. Her education in horticulture from Penn State also plays a vital role in her family’s landscaping business, Eisler Landscapes, founded by her grandfather.
Sherry’s boundless energy is fueled by her love for mountain biking and Pilates. Her enthusiasm and commitment shine through as she effortlessly coordinates and sets up each event, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Sherry is a devoted philanthropist, actively serving on various community boards including the Gaiser Center and the Butler County Family YMCA.
In her personal time, Sherry enjoys hitting the bike trails, skiing, or preparing delicious meals for her family with fresh ingredients from her garden.
Keeping family traditions alive, Sherry’s daughter Amanda got married at Pinehall, and her son Peter celebrated his wedding at The Atrium, making cherished memories at their beloved venues.
AMANDA FELSING
Our Events Manager Amanda brings over eight years of customer service experience and a naturally bubbly personality that instantly puts clients at ease. Her positive energy and approachable nature not only help couples feel comfortable from their very first interaction but also create a supportive and collaborative atmosphere for coordinators and colleagues behind the scenes.
She oversees every event at our venues, ensuring celebrations run smoothly and that everyone involved feels confident, cared for, and excited about the day ahead. Often the first point of contact for new clients, Amanda loves getting to know each couple personally and helping them kick off their journey with a smile.
Outside of work, Amanda’s life is full of energy, laughter, and a little bit of chaos, courtesy of her large farm family. She and her husband, Travis, spend their free time caring for their cow, emus, chickens, ducks, and horses, keeping up with their spirited German Shorthaired Pointer, Jasey, and soaking up every moment with their daughter, Kenna.
Her warmth, enthusiasm, and love for life shine through both in her work and her personal adventures, making her a favorite among clients and friends alike!

With a background in organizing and running events for her Girl Scouts. Sharon has an exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to perfection that ensures every event is immaculate.
Sharon's meticulous nature and organizational skills make her a standout coordinator, dedicated to creating flawless weddings for our couples. Her ability to manage complex logistics with ease and her passion for making each event special are truly remarkable.
Sharon is a devoted wife, mother and Gaga, she enjoys her time with her family treasuring every moment. As a Girl Scout troop leader, Sharon inspires and guides Girl Scouts on exciting trips around the world over the past 25 years. Her leadership and adventurous spirit enrich the lives of the girls she mentors, instilling confidence and a sense of adventure in each of them.

Sarah Dugan
Sarah brings five years of experience in the wedding industry to our team. She began her career as an assistant wedding planner at a luxury wedding planning firm in Houston, Texas, where she honed her skills before dipping her toes into the world of venue coordination. Now, Sarah applies her wealth of knowledge and laid-back demeanor to create serene and unforgettable experiences for our couples at Eisler Farms.
Known for her calming presence, Sarah excels at keeping brides relaxed and stress-free on their big day. Her approach ensures that every wedding is not only beautifully orchestrated but also a joyful, meaningful celebration.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys spending time on her homestead with her husband and their menagerie of three dogs, three goats, and twenty-four chickens. She has a passion for gardening, herbalism and cooking with fresh, homegrown ingredients from her garden.
Sarah’s blend of expertise, tranquility, and dedication to nature makes her an invaluable member of our team, bringing a unique and personal touch to every wedding she coordinates.
Megan Larson
Megan brings a rich blend of experience to our team, shaped by her background as both a Pre-K teacher and a hairstylist. Working with young children has made her incredibly patient, organized, and skilled at navigating fast-moving situations with a calm and steady presence. Her hairstyling work has honed her artistic eye and her ability to make things look beautiful under pressure, qualities that translate seamlessly into the wedding world! These combined experiences give her a natural ability to connect with people, manage details gracefully, and adapt in real time when wedding days get busy.
As a coordinator, Megan excels at turning ideas into reality with creativity and precision. She has a talent for reimagining décor on the fly, solving last-minute challenges, and helping couples feel grounded and supported throughout the planning process.
Outside of work, Megan loves spending time with her family! She’s married with three kids who keep life full of adventure. She enjoys gardening, and she loves exploring new places with her kids whenever they get the chance!

Mackenzie Karnes
Mackenzie joined the Eisler Farms Weddings team as our newest and youngest coordinator, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for creating unforgettable celebrations. With a love for décor and design, she thrives on turning unique ideas into stunning, personalized experiences for every couple she works with.
Over the past two years, Mackenzie has interned with Eisler Farms, learning the ins and outs of every aspect of our events. She’s gained hands-on experience in all the main positions: setup, Event Hosting and shadowing each of our coordinators, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to make every wedding run seamlessly from start to finish.
Recently receiving her bachelor’s degree in Communication with a concentration in Digital Media Production and a minor in User Experience and Interface Design from Slippery Rock University, Mackenzie combines creativity with organization and an eye for detail. Her background in digital media allows her to bring modern, thoughtful touches to each event she helps create.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with her family, and finding new ways to express her creativity. As a natural leader with a heart for helping others, she’s dedicated to ensuring every couple’s big day is everything they’ve dreamed of and more.
Susan goodman
Susan brings a diverse and well-rounded professional background to our coordinator team, with experience spanning event coordination, mortgage lending, education, and office management. Across every role, she is known for maintaining high standards and approaching each task with care and efficiency!
As a coordinator, Susan is highly detail-oriented and thrives in high-pressure situations where clear communication and problem-solving are essential. She excels at keeping events running seamlessly behind the scenes, anticipating needs, and ensuring every element is thoughtfully executed! Her ability to balance logistics with warmth allows couples to feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their wedding day. With a calm, steady presence and a strong commitment to excellence, she plays a key role in delivering the polished, stress-free experiences our couples value.
Outside of work, Susan is married to her Slippery Rock University college sweetheart and is a devoted mother of six, as well as a proud “Gaga Susie” to seven grandchildren, with two more on the way!! Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she especially cherishes time spent making memories with her grandchildren. In her free time, she loves to read, travel, and explore the outdoors through activities like camping and whitewater rafting!
Amanda Kyne
Amanda has traveled the world and gained a wealth of life experiences. With degrees in Biology and Environmental Science from Wesleyan University, she has previously called South Africa home but is now back in Pennsylvania, contributing to her family business in a new and exciting way.
Amanda now runs a flourishing flower farm onsite at Eisler Farms, where she creates stunning wedding florals for brides. Her background in biology and environmental science gives her a unique understanding of plants and flowers, allowing her to craft beautiful, sustainable floral arrangements that perfectly complement any wedding.
Known for her calming energy and quick thinking, Amanda brings creativity and precision to every bouquet and centerpiece she designs. Her attention to detail and passion for floristry ensure that each floral arrangement is a masterpiece, tailored to the bride's vision and the overall aesthetic of the event.
On the farm, Amanda finds joy with her two "kids," Simon and Jerry. Simon and Jerry, Dwarf Nigerian goats, are beloved members of the farm, known for their friendly nature and love of being photographed. She also is a loving dog mom to her two pups, Sasha and Rosie.
