The Woods Wedding Packages

Event setup may begin as early as 8:00 AM, and event ending time is 10:00 PM.

Maple and Oak suites are available for getting ready in starting at 8:00 am.

Exclusive use of the tent begins at noon. The tent has a maximum capacity of 200 guests.

Rental of tent, farm tables, natural wood chairs, brand new restroom facility, Maple suite and Oak suite, welcome shed, decorations, and all surrounding landscaped areas.
Fire pit, wood and chairs included, with a table provided for s'mores if desired. Corn Hole is also available to be put out for guests to enjoy upon request.

The Woods has a large collection of decor you may choose to use for your wedding. Our decor collection is included in the reception price but decorating is the responsibility of the couple, unless you purchase a separate decorating package. You may bring additional decorations, but they need to be removed by 10 am the next day. All items must be removed from Maple and Oak suites that night as well.

The Woods Pricing Guide
Wedding Ceremony fee - $1000
Reception Packages:
Fridays: $4900
Saturdays, Holidays, & Holiday Weekends: $7900
Sundays - Thursdays: $3900
Deposit: $1,000 non-refundable deposit payable to The Woods at Eisler Farms to secure your date.
Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Credit Card (3% convenience fee added), or Venmo.
Balance Due: 30 days prior to the event date.
Day of Insurance Policy: Required 30 days prior to the event date.
Your Ceremony at The Woods
Ceremony Details
- Maple & Oak Getting Ready Suites: Climate controlled, available from 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM.
- Rehearsal: Property available the day prior to your event for one hour, time depending on availability and your schedule.
- Seating: Provided at the ceremony site.
- Arches: Round arch, square arch, and cross available for ceremony use.
Your Reception at The Woods
Reception Details
- Coordinator: In January of your wedding year, you will be assigned a wedding coordinator who will be available for decor meetings, and present for your rehearsal and ceremony. The coordinator will help with keeping your timeline on schedule until dinner is served. Then the DJ will handle the evening’s festivities after dinner. There will be an Event Host present to assist the coordinator starting one hour before your ceremony and they will remain for the entire duration of the reception.
- Catering: The Woods works exclusively with Medure’s Catering. Customized menu options by Medure’s Catering start at $39 per guest plus associated taxes/fees.
Catering with Medure’s includes a personal menu tasting, full service staff, reception meal, linen tablecloths, linen napkins, China, water glasses, silverware, tea & coffee service, cake cutting, and traying/replenishing of cookies.

- Alcohol: Provided by the client. RAMP certified bartenders arranged through The Woods at an additional cost.
- Clean Up: The Woods staff will clean up anything provided by us. The couple is not responsible for any clean up, we simply ask that personal items be removed from the suites at the end of the night and all other personal items and leftovers may be picked up the next morning by 10 am.

Included Soft Drinks: Cola, Diet Cola, Ginger Ale & Lemon Lime Soda
Additional Information:
- Service Fee: 18% will be added to the bar & beverage packages.
- Sales Tax: 6% Pennsylvania sales tax applies to bar & beverage packages.
- Shots: Only permitted during the Dollar Dance.
- Legal Compliance: The Woods complies with the P.L.C.B. and will not serve alcohol to anyone under 21 years old. Proper I.D. required. The Woods reserves the right to refuse service to any visibly intoxicated guest.
